This Mirror Carp of around 2 1/2 to 3ld was
a lucky catch on the Pole.
I had a no 5 elastic to 3ld main line and 2ld hook lenght to a size 20 hook.
Bait was a Scopex flavoured 6mm pellet.It also caught this 1 1/2 to 2ld Skimmer Bream
I also had around 4ld of Roach, Perch and small Skimmers.
The bright sunshine put the fish down and made it harder than
it used to be.
