06.00, the mist is rising off the river into a low fog.
Not as thick as last time or as chilly.
I fished a number of new swims,
learning the depth, snags, type of bottom state
of the bank and where the weed were.
There were some very interesting swims,
as well as one real bad one.
So plenty of info and no fish.
I did take a float rod and maggots
an spent two hours
catching Roach, Dace and small Chub
up to about 1/2lb.
Packed up at 12.30.
